Free shipping is offered for all orders over $75. Orders inferior to this threshold will be charged a $20 freight charge.



All orders outside of the Quebec area are subject to our carrier partners calculated shipping rates. Handling fees may apply. 

Freight charges will be added to a customers account who does not show with no prior warning to an agreed pick up or delivery location. Handling fees may also be added if applicable. Prolific Products reserves the right to charge additional penalty fees.

Prices are listed in Canadian currency. All applicable taxes extra. In the event of a pricing error, Prolific Products reserves the right to change the price without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions. Freight rates quoted are to be considered dock-to-dock. If extra handling is required, additional charges may apply. Quotations on large quantities are available on request. 



Colour, sizing or style depicted in some photos may not be exactly as described.
Please check your product description carefully before placing your order. Prolific Products does not own the rights to most product images on our website. 



If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the stock product you receive from Prolific Products, you may return your shipment by contacting us through our company e-mail or by simply calling us to receive a return authorization number. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery, must be in original packaging and must not have been used for a full refund or exchange of the product you purchased. 

Prolific Products inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Orders for products affected by x-factor events such as viral outbreaks and other extreme circumstances cannot be returned once billed.  

Missing or damaged items on delivery must be claimed within 5 working days receipt of the packing slip. Claims to be sent to our customer service.

All products related to COVID-19 may not be exchanged or refunded.
